Shipping
As a general rule, packages are shipped within 24 hours of receiving payment via UPS with a tracking number and no-signature delivery.
Once shipped, we'll send you the tracking number so you can track it.
Deliveries are not made to PO boxes, courthouses, or public buildings, nor are deliveries made to addresses other than the one indicated in the order.
Shipping costs include handling and packaging, as well as postage costs.
We recommend grouping all your items into a single order. We cannot combine two different orders, and shipping costs will be applied to each order individually.
We are not responsible for any damage to your package after shipping, but we do our best to protect all fragile items.
UPS will attempt delivery. If this is not possible, it will be sent to the nearest service point, where it will remain for a maximum of 7 days before being returned to the warehouse. Therefore, we advise you to track your shipment daily using the tracking number that we will send you with each order.
Returns
If the return is due to damage (broken, damaged, etc.) or because it doesn't match the original purchase, we promise to replace it with a new one at no cost to you. In this case, you must report the incident within 24 hours of receiving the order, and ideally within the same day.
Once 24 hours have passed since receipt of the shipment, returns due to damage are not accepted.
