Kits in stock will be shipped the same day; kits that depend on Bilstein manufacturing may take weeks or months. Please contact us before ordering, as kit assembly is done only on demand.

How to buy.
You can make your purchase on our website in an easy, fast, and intuitive way. Below are the steps to follow.
1. Selecting products:
Select the product, enter the quantity, click the “Add to Cart” button, and the item will be added to your Shopping Cart. Repeat this process as many times as necessary until you have added all the items you wish to purchase. If you wish to view your Shopping Cart, you can do so by clicking the Shopping Cart link located in the header navigation bar. To continue with the process, go to your Shopping Cart to view the added items and click the Checkout button.
2.- Create an Account or Log In:
After clicking “Checkout,” the customer must log in.
-New Customer: You must complete the information requested on the Registration Form, paying close attention to all fields.
Creating an account allows you to access the current status of your order, your order history, your registration details to modify them if you wish, your invoices to download and print in PDF format, and to receive promotional offers and discounts. If you decide to place the order without registering, all your data will be deleted upon completion of the order and will not be saved in our database.
-Registered Customer: If you have made a purchase before or have already created an account, enter your username and password to proceed to the next step
3. Shipping and Payment Methods:
In this step, you must select a shipping method and a payment method from those available. Not all shipping methods or payment methods are always available. This depends on the product you’ve chosen, the total amount of your purchase, the delivery address, or other factors that may affect your options. Selecting a shipping method may cause certain payment methods to appear or disappear.
If you would like your order shipped to an address different from the billing address, you can create an additional shipping address in this step.
If you have a discount coupon or promotional code that we’ve sent you, now is the time to use it. Below the payment method, you’ll see a field where you can enter it to apply the coupon’s discount.
Confirmation:
In this part of the process, you’ll see a summary of your entire purchase. You can confirm it or go back to modify any details, change the shipping address, change a product, etc.
If everything is correct, click Confirm Order to complete your purchase.
You will then see a window with the message: Your Order Has Been Processed! and an automatic email will be sent to your email address.
In this window, you will also find a link to view and save your order as a PDF; we recommend that you do so.

The customer is solely responsible for the accuracy of the information provided for delivery. Neither the seller nor the carrier can be held liable if the address is incorrect or the contact phone number is wrong. The recipient must cover any additional shipping costs; if these costs are not covered, the order will be canceled and refunded in accordance with our return policy.
Please pay special attention to any notes the carrier may include; for this purpose, we will send the UPS tracking number with each order, which must be checked by the recipient in case of any issues: incorrect address, undeliverable, etc.
In this case, the delivery address or details can be modified via the UPS website. If this is not done, the merchandise will be held at the carrier’s facility for 7 days; if the merchandise is not picked up within that period, it will be returned to the warehouse, incurring return shipping costs that must be borne by the recipient.
The carrier does not make deliveries to public buildings (town halls, courthouses, etc.) or to P.O. boxes.
Delivery times are subject to availability in our warehouse and may be longer for items that need to be manufactured.
The estimated delivery time is between 5 and 10 business days from receipt of the order for in-stock products.
If the product is not in stock, you will be notified of the production date.
The buyer has 14 business days from the date of receipt of the order to cancel the contract. All returns, regardless of the reason, must be made in their original packaging and condition.
Accredited professionals will receive a credit voucher with no expiration date in the event of order cancellation or return.
This website does not sell individual kit components such as shock absorbers or loose springs; they are always sold as kits. Therefore, we recommend checking the product descriptions, as if you receive the kit and any of the components are defective, you must return the entire kit, which may incur return shipping, handling, and other fees.
Returns are not accepted if the customer has chosen the wrong model and the product has been handled to verify compatibility. Returns are also not accepted if the item shows signs of grease, etc., or any other damage to either the product or the packaging.

The product must be offered for sale in “new” condition, unless the product was received in poor condition and this was reported within 24 hours of receipt.

a) Stabilizer bars: These may be sold individually (front only) or as a kit (front + rear); this is indicated in the product description along with the diameters of both bars. If only one diameter is listed, it corresponds to the front bar (the only one supplied).
b) Spacer kit: A kit consists of 2 spacers (1 axle). The description indicates whether these come with bolts, nuts, or studs, or if these must be purchased separately. Special attention must be paid to the vehicle’s model year and the corresponding hub dimensions.
c) Springs: To ensure the specified drop is achieved, the axle weight distributions indicated in the vehicle’s technical specifications must be followed. The fact that a spring fits the vehicle does not mean it is the correct one; therefore, the drops indicated in the description are only valid for the specified weights. Likewise, these heights are for vehicles with standard bodywork; for vehicles equipped with sport body kits (S-Line, M Package, etc.), the drop already provided by that sport option must be subtracted from the indicated drop.
